Chemical Tank Level Sensors
The VEGAPULS C 11 is the ideal radar sensor for non-contact level measurement in all standard applications where a high degree of protection is required. It is particularly suitable for level measurement in water treatment, pumping stations and rain overflow basins, for flow measurement in open channels and level monitoring and for many other industrial applications. The sensor is suitable both for measuring liquids and for maintenance free use on small bulk silos or bulk solids containers.

The Pyxis LS-200 is a general purpose and innovative ultrasonic liquid level sensor that replaces float, conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to contact with dirty, sticky and scaling liquids in small, medium and large capacity tanks. These liquid level sensors can be used in either open or enclosed tanks. The sensor provides continuous level measurement up to 8ft (2.2m). Can be configured via Pyxis free uPyxis® APP for both smartphone or desktop.

The Pyxis LS-202 sensor can be powered by 4 AA alkaline batteries or 24VDC external power. This battery powered, and Bluetooth digital output enabled level sensor is perfectly suitable for the applications where wires are difficult. A 1.3’’ push button OLED interface for device configuration/ instant access to process data. This non-contact liquid level sensor is well suited for corrosive liquids, and can be used for cooling tower, boiler day tank & other chemical feed applications. Configured via Pyxis free uPyxis® APP for both smartphone or desktop.

Point level switch for chemical dosing tanks. The iwaki level switch is placed in the chemical supply tank, with the switch positioned near the bottom of the tank. The specific gravity of the chemical raises the float, activating the switch. When the tank is empty, the float drops and the switch is deactivated. A signal is sent back to the pump or controller as an interlock.
