Established in 1999, providing sensors and control instrumentation primarily for the Cooling Tower and Boiler Industries. Sensys Ltd expanded the range to include chemical dosing pumps and ancillary equipment to offer a one-stop-shop for all customers.
Sensys were one of the first companies in the UK to provide revolutionary remote communications technology to the water treatment industry. Using Walchem's patented "ShoulderTap" technology to allow visibility and control of instrumentation in the field. Motorola were the first company to trial this system with great success. To date, Sensys now have over 500 remote installation sites across the UK using modern day remote communications technology to provide instant connection and functionality of customer systems.
With the constant improvement of instrumentation, especially with flexible methods of control and better sensor technology, Sensys have diversified into new applications including fume scrubbers, swimming and hydrotherapy pools, secondary disinfection, and effluent treatment. And we are working in new sectors ranging across semiconductors, agriculture and construction.
Development of our own in-house build expertise has allowed us to offer bespoke "plug and play" customisation of backboard mounted systems especially for cooling towers and disinfection systems, simplifying the installation of the equipment.
In 2024, Sensys Ltd will re-located to a purpose built, larger facility in Biggleswade to accommodate the expansion of the business which includes the distribution of the full range of IWAKI pumps, and our first on-site training facility.
