Pyxis ST-590

A fluorescent polymer inline sensor, designed for the direct measurement of fluorescent polymer with a 410nm excitation and 450nm emission

The ST-590 inline sensor measures fluorescent “tagged” polymer (410nm ex/ 450nm em) independently. The ST-590 measures for fluorescent polymer at a range of 0–20 ppm. Like our ST-500, the ST-590 offers internal algorithms that compensate for colour & turbidity interference. Connect the ST-590 to your controller using dual 4–20mA or RS-485 Modbus output signals.

PTSA & fluorescent polymer combination monitoring

Through significant research and development, Pyxis has developed the ST-590 inline sensor to be used independently or in conjunction with the world-renowned Pyxis ST-500 inline PTSA sensor. With this unique design the PTSA commonly used in cooling water treatment as a fluorescent tracer will not interfere the ST-590 measurement of the fluorescent polymer.
