Iwaki MXM Pump
The MXM magnetic drive pumps have an excellent balance of features and performance
The MXM's non contact system and self radiating construction is designed to withstand difficult operating conditions
Self-radiating construction
Through the heat dispersion holes, between impeller and magnet capsule, force the liquid to circulate around spindle and bearing. Thus, thermal deformation and dissolution are prevented.
Non-contact system
The MXM pumps have a special construction to prevent contact between bearing and rear thrust ring, even if the pumps run dry or there is ingress on the suction side. The usual damage through heat generation are therefore prevented.
Exceptional chemical resistance
Only materials with the best chemical resistance, such as carbon fibre reinforced ETFE and fine ceramic are used for wet end materials. For operation in heavy duty chemical process applications the pumps have an external casing made of high strength ductile cast iron.
